SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Gold Level: $1,300.00 - includes up to two (2) conference registrations; one (1) exhibit table for two (2) days; a five (5) minute presentation about your company at a designated break; your company logo and web link on our event page on our website; and social media exposure. The board will also recognize your support by announcing your company at a designated break during the conference.
Silver Level: $800.00 - includes one (1) conference registration; one (1) exhibit table for one (1) day (you choose Friday or Saturday); and your company logo and web link on our event page on our website. The board will also recognize your support by announcing your company at a designated break during the conference.
Bronze Level: $400.00 - includes your company logo and web link on our event page on our website. The board will also recognize your support by announcing your company at a designated break during the conference.
EXHIBITOR SPACE AGREEMENT
TABLE CHARGE POLICY:
The table charge is $75.00 for one (1) day or $125.00 for two (2) days. Each table will be 6 feet in length and draped in black. Exhibitors will provide their own identification signs showing their company name, logo, etc. No cash registers or extension cords will be available.
SECURITY:
NEAPT does not accept liability for any items left in the Exhibitor Area. Exhibitors will be asked to pack up at the end of each day as the area will not be secured.
MOVE IN: Friday, May 5th or Saturday, May 6th
EXHIBIT HOURS: Friday & Saturday, 7:30 am until 4:30 pm
ADVERTISEMENT:
All Exhibitors will receive recognition on social media. The board will also recognize your support by announcing your company at a designated break during the conference. Please complete the information below, including your name, phone number, email, and desired services or product description, BEFORE April 10, 2025. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Written cancellation must be received by 03/31/25 to receive a refund, less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after 03/31/25
